Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an onsite unannounced hospice complaint investigation survey conducted on May 9, 2023 and continued off-site May 10, 2023 through May 11, 2023, Guthrie Hospice, was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subpart A.
